Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines: Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Lisa Grubb at lgrubb@mountprospect.org. Refund Schedule:
  • Refunds: Cancellations received on or before July 13, 2026 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
  • Refunds: Cancellations received on or before July 13, 2026 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
  • No Refunds: Cancellations received on or after July 14, 2026 or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost.
  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by IL LEAP, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. IL LEAP is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodations.
  • Force Majeure: If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), registrants will have the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a refund based on the refund schedule above.

All substitution requests must be submitted in writing by September 01, 2026 to Lisa Grubb at lgrubb@mountprospect.org.
